Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu Valley

On arrival in Nepal you’ll be transferred to your five-acre retreat overlooking Kathmandu, Nepal’s enchanting capital. Later, you’ll receive personalised holistic therapy advice and sample a meditation session. Overnight at Park Village Resort.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley

After a healthy breakfast and a morning yoga class you’ll be introduced to Panchakarma, a body-and-mind healing experience focused on detoxification. You’ll spend this afternoon in the spa, indulging in your choice of therapies. Overnight at Park Village Resort.

Day 3: Kathmandu Valley

Your second full-day wellness programme begins with a stroll of the hotel gardens. After a yoga and relaxation class you’ll have some downtime in the swimming pool before taking part in another calming meditation session. Overnight at Park Village Resort.

Day 4: Kathmandu Valley

After a morning yoga session you’ll travel to the Kathmandu Valley’s northern reaches for a nature walk at Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. Day 5: Kathmandu Valley to Pokhara

This morning’s yoga session precedes the journey west to the lakeside city of Pokhara. On arrival, take a walk along the banks of Phewa Tal and marvel at the unobstructed views of the Annapurna’s ‘Fish Tail’ mountain. Overnight at Temple Tree Resort & Spa.

Day 6: Pokhara

After a morning yoga class and a boat ride on Phewa Tal, you’ll hike to the World Peace Pagoda. The brilliant-white Buddhist stupa, which overlooks Pokhara, offers stunning view of the Annapurna and Phewa Tal. Overnight at Temple Tree Resort & Spa.

Day 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu Valley

Return to Kathmandu after this morning’s yoga and meditation class. On arrival you’ll have some downtime before this evening’s expert-led meditation session. Overnight at Park Village Resort.

Day 8: Kathmandu Valley

Spend the day exploring Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, namely Boudhanath – Asia’s biggest stupa – the riverside Pashupatinath Temple and Patan’s ancient Durbar Square. Overnight at Park Village Resort.

Day 9: Kathmandu Valley

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport ahead of your international return flight home.
