Day 1: Dabolim to Mandrem

After arriving at Goa International Airport you’ll be transferred north to Mandrem and your destination for the week: Ashiyana, a dedicated spa and yoga centre set just back from Mandrem Beach.

Day 2: Mandrem

Your first full day in North Goa is spent entirely at leisure, perhaps taking in one of the scheduled drop-in yoga classes before having a private consultation with a trained therapist. Later, you can begin your personalised treatment programme. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 3: Mandrem

With a holistic approach to yoga therapy, today you can look forward to continuing your treatment after a wonderful night’s sleep in your beach hut. Later, take a dip in Ashiyana’s self-cleaning pool; Goa’s only natural swimming pool. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 4: Mandrem

Your physical, emotional and mental balances addressed, today is the ideal time for an excursion to nearby Panaji (Panjim) – Goa’s Portuguese-style state capital – or the ruins of Old Goa, once dubbed the ‘Rome of the East’. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 5: Mandrem

Another day spent entirely at leisure, perhaps beginning with a spot of meditation in Ashiyana’s tropical gardens before a further session with your therapist. After relaxing beside the shores of the Arabian Sea, there’s time for a classic Goan sunset before dinner. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 6: Mandrem

If you haven’t yet experienced Ashiyana’s hammam, today’s the day to do so. The rest of the day is kept free to perhaps try one of the centre’s other activities, namely chanting, meditation, karma yoga or a sun salute on Mandrem Beach. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 7: Mandrem

Your last full day at Ashiyana is once more spent at leisure, allowing you to complete your massage or yoga therapies in a totally relaxed state of mind. Celebrate your final evening with an inhibition-free ‘barefoot boogie’. Overnight at Ashiyana.

Day 8: Mandrem to Dabolim

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Goa International Airport for your international return flight, or one of the domestic routes to Mumbai.
